Fees, Payment, and Billing
Pricing

Invoicing

Payment Terms

Late Payment

Refunds
Service fees paid for work completed are non-refundable. Where a service engagement is terminated before completion, fees paid for work already completed and delivered are retained. Any prepaid fees for work not yet commenced at the time of termination will be refunded within thirty days of termination, subject to the deduction of any applicable cancellation fees specified in the service agreement.

Jamil Monsur Digital Marketing reserves the right to terminate any client engagement immediately and without liability in the following circumstances: non-payment of invoices beyond thirty days past the due date, client conduct that is abusive, threatening, or unreasonable toward our team, client requests to implement strategies that violate applicable laws or platform policies, or circumstances where continued engagement would conflict with our professional obligations or values.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an engagement, Jamil Monsur Digital Marketing will provide the client with access to all completed deliverables and any client-owned account credentials within a reasonable period. We will transfer access to any accounts created on the client’s behalf and provide a handover summary where reasonably practicable.
Post-Termination
Following termination, Jamil Monsur Digital Marketing has no ongoing obligation to maintain, monitor, or update any digital marketing assets previously managed on the client’s behalf. We accept no liability for performance changes occurring after the termination of an engagement.
Intellectual Property
